1. General

1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

1.2 If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.

1.3 When you use certain Alexander Pollock Limited services, please read the additional information provided with regards to such services, as this information will provide you with full details on how to use such services.

1.4 Certain website services will require registration and subsequent access to those services will be subject to an approved login name and password ("Password Details"). Information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete. All Password Details are accepted and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion and are exclusive to you and non-transferable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. 2. Delivery
We aim to deliver in 8-14 clear working days. If any part of your order will take longer, we will telephone or email you and you can cancel the item if you wish. In the extremely unlikely event of an order taking longer than 60 days to deliver, a full refund will be offered if you choose to cancel your order. The time-of-day for deliveries cannot be guaranteed (for more information, including details of delivery arrangements for Ireland and the Rest of the World, please contact us engraving@alexander-pollock.co.uk).

3. Delivery charges

4. Returns
Before returning any items call us on +44 (0) 1620 823344 for a Returns Form. This must be enclosed with the goods you are returning.

If you have received damaged or faulty goods then we will either replace them or issue a credit. We will also refund your delivery charges.

Refunds:We will contact you by telephone to make any refunds, citing your order reference number so you can be sure the call is legitimate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Prices
Prices are as quoted on the website at the time you place your order, exclusive of delivery. Delivery is a flat fee of £10 to mainland UK addresses, regardless of the size of the order. For information on delivery charges outside mainland UK, please contact us engraving@alexander-pollock.co.uk.

6. No Hidden Charges
We do not include delivery charges within the price for individual items, as delivery fees are calculated on your order as a whole. Any delivery fees (where applicable) are added and clearly stated at the checkout, as are VAT charges (where applicable) .

7. Payment Options
We accept orders via this web site, and also by phone on +44 (0) 1620 823344 (9.00am-3.30pm UK time, Mon-Fri).

8. Availability
 All orders for products are subject to availability.

9. Data protection
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
If you do not want us to pass your information to any third parties or you wish to stop receiving any information about our services, please email your request to Alexander Pollock Limited at engraving@alexander-pollock.co.uk.

The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

10. Product descriptions
Due to the limitations of photography and broadcasting, colours of goods you receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your monitor. Alexander Pollock Limited cannot be held responsible for any variations in product specifications enforced without notice by our suppliers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with an item, you may of course return it. Please refer to the Returns Policy in Section 4.

11. Liability and Indemnity

11.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability, which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11.2 Subject to Section 11.1 above, Alexander Pollock Limited will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy or reliability of the website. Alexander Pollock Limited will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and Alexander Pollock Limited accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken, or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.

11.3 Subject to Section 11.1 above, other than as expressly provided in these terms and conditions with respect to specific products and except for the exclusive remedies set out at Section 5 above, any indemnities, warranties, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

11.4 Subject to Section 11.1 above, Alexander Pollock Limited will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent on negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the terms and conditions for any

suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.

11.5 Notwithstanding the above, subject to Section 11.1 Alexander Pollock Limited aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same clause. .

11.6 This Clause 11 does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.

11.7 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you
